You know, today i told you that i missed so many people, but i never really mentioned you. Well, actually, i do miss you. More often than you'll realise. Much more than what i'll want you to know anyway. There's something i've been wanting to tell you for a long long time already. Something i never knew how to tell you; something i didnt really want you to know of; something i only mentioned to Andrew before. Maybe i'll tell you the next time i see you. In the mean time, i'll go read the book. Haha.

I just finished baking my cookies. If you end up getting diabeties after eating them, dont blame it, THE Neighbour asked for more chocolate chips to be added.

For one, i think it's due to a lack of warren, my cookies were hard and NOT dry. Very nice i must say. =)

Anyway, if not because i cant find my memory card, i would have took a photo of them for the IN YOU FACE WARREN effect. Oh well.

I cant believe the amount of manga i've cleared this month. Manga, it's all your fault that i fail my first sem-test next year. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Anyway, now that i've cleared most series - or at least till the last chapter that is avalible at the moment - i've progressed to korean manhwa. Hahaha. Somewhat different i must say, nevertheless, intriguting. Hur. Alright. Off to search for more to sastify my cravings.

I like 3b pencils. I bought 2 new ones last friday. Decided to try the LYRA one and well, it's like plain crap. It feels more like some cheap 2b lead. The carbon doesnt slide off easy enough. Argh. Someone get me more 3b and 4b pencils please. Haha.


So today, instead of going to school as i've planned, went to warren's and baked cookies with him and his cooking master joel. Let's just say, the cookies were edible.

Lately it's been raining rather heavily just before i come home, so whenever i walk that usual path, it'll be flooded a little. Today as i was walking pass it, it just reminded me of 5 years ago. Haha.

Shopping at suntec tomorrow for nother secret santa stunt - this time's with the cell - and the top for caroling. Tskkk.

Initially, qq kinda freaked us out by telling us how his mum didnt like people hitching rides, but noooooooooooooo, she was like nice, and even turned to wave at me when i alighted. Kinda weird.

Speaking of weird, had an uber weird and freaky dream. Very scary. Involves my youngest sis and her 'limbs'. Argh..

On a happier note, Johann came back a few days ago and my dearest neighbour bought turkish delight ! Yayness ! Real, authentic turkish delight ! Thank you, Joey ! =)))

I didnt go for my climbing assessment today. Not feeling good about it. My shoulder's been acting up with all the anchor set up and retrievals the past two days. Getting way worn out, can barely open my eyes the past few days. Argh. I hope i dont fall sick or whatsoever the crap. I think justin made a good point yesterday, i expect too much from myself. I really need to work harder ya. =]

Anyway, so i slept in today till jehanne called. Sorry for not going in the end people, just wasnt in the mood to.

Have been getting weird dreams lately. Sigh. I dont like getting dreams. They deprive me of precious REM time.

Very packed week. I need to get a present for the clique. Need to get a pink top. Need to dig up something green/red for the party. Need to start doing my homework and revision. Argh.

I'm supposed to be sleeping early. Oh well. It's early alright. Hur.

remembering, 2006

So many things happened this year. David said it's passed really fast. On the contrary, i feel that it's been so long. I think of how much was taken away, then i remember how much i've gained and grew here. Not the best of places, but then, like every choice made, there's an opportunity cost ! ( Oooo. Econs. )

The heated debates on the forums by the various members in school, the unwavering stand of the spirited. The emotional backlash, the spiritual growth never felt before. The friction between opinions, the HUGE amount of classroom politics, the hope and want to learn to accept. The willingness to accept. The numerous lessons learnt.

The work shifts with ting and leah seem to be so distant in the past. The arguements with jo and ki. The day, together with Sheena, Betram and Kenneth when we gathered random people whom we know for a movie before collecting the O level results. The numerous well-wishes that came in while watching the movie. The day Night, PeiLee and Shawn got their A level results. That long, long talk with alexi. The hours of emotional bonding. The madcap impromptu outings. The first time i stepped into a church in years. The numerous, numerous flashbacks. The opportunities that i missed, the opportunities i gave up on. All that joy and fun. All that sorrow and disappointment.

The laughter that followed tears.

It's a lil' too early to round up the year, but nevertheless, i know i wont regret saying this: This has been one hell of a year.

Last year was bad, this year was worst, but then, like the cliche old saying goes, when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.

I'll survive. As always. Jehovah jireh.
